This Marshell variety coffee, a first for Kujira, is produced by Ulyses Nayra at his farm La Chirimoya in the small village of El Huabo in Peru.
In the cup, it is a slightly fruity and tangy coffee. We taste it with its aromas of sweet fruits such as fig and red plum and a tangy finish reminiscent of red apple. It is a complex coffee that pleases both in espresso and filter.
