This coffee comes to us from finca La Tormenta in San Agustín Acasaguastlán in Guatemala and imported by our friends Anna and Sebastian from Balam Coffee Project. Hopefully, the start of a long collaboration!
In the cup we get notes of strawberries, the roundness of hazelnuts and a slight acidity reminiscent of raspberry. It’s a well-balanced coffee: fruity but not too much, tangy but not too much!
