Another excellent coffee from producer Wilton Benitez’s Granja Paraiso 92 farm.
 
 
 
This Caturra variety has undergone anaerobic fermentation, resulting in distinctively fruity notes. Raspberry stands out prominently on both the nose and the palate. There are also strong citrus notes—such as grapefruit and pomelo—while the finish evokes the roundness of lychee. The acidity is pronounced, giving the coffee a lively, punchy character. Wonderful brewed via V60 or filter.
