An Ethiopian coffee just the way we like it. Originating from Edido in Yirgacheffe, this Grade 1 coffee is delicate and floral. On the palate, it offers the roundness of cocoa and a slightly tangy finish reminiscent of citrus fruits. The acidity is just right, making the coffee vibrant and juicy. It is the kind of coffee that is best enjoyed brewed via filter, V60, or French press.
